Are your sneakers made to order?
Yes — every pair is made to order. We don't mass-produce. When you place your order, production begins specifically for you. This ensures premium quality and zero compromise on craftsmanship.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 5–7 business days before your order ships. This is not a delay — this is the process of building your pair with precision. Quality takes time.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, cancellations and changes must be requested within 24 hours. After that window, your order is already in production and cannot be modified. Contact us immediately at support@millionspending.store if you need to make a change.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size?
Each product listing includes a detailed size chart in the image gallery. We recommend reviewing it carefully before ordering. Our sneakers are designed with a true-to-size fit. If you're between sizes, size up for extra comfort — especially with our chunky-sole silhouettes.
Do the chunky soles affect how the shoe fits?
Our platform soles are built for all-day comfort — not just aesthetics. The cushioning is engineered to support your foot through long wear. The upper fits true to size regardless of sole height.
What about the fat laces — do they come pre-laced?
Yes. Every pair ships pre-laced with our signature fat laces. They're part of the design — not an afterthought. The lace width and color are matched to each specific drop.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, if you're built for this, we'll get it to you.
How long does shipping take after production?
Once your order ships, domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. International orders vary by destination but generally arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Because every pair is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review the size chart in the product gallery before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us immediately at support@millionspending.store with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll resolve it fast — no runaround.
DROPS & EXCLUSIVITY
How do I find out about new drops?
New drops are announced through our store and the Shop app. Subscribe to our email list to get early access and drop alerts before the public. Once a drop sells out, it's gone.
Are your designs limited edition?
Yes. Every MILLIONS PENDING drop is limited. We don't restock. We don't do mass runs. When a design is gone, it's gone. That's the point — exclusivity is built into the brand DNA.
Can I request a custom colorway or design?
Custom requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us at support@millionspending.store with your vision. We don't promise yes — but we listen.
