EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.millionspending.store and submit a return or cancellation request. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Every item in our collection is custom-manufactured to order. Because these pieces are built dynamically for you, we maintain a strict policy to protect our design process.

1. Final Sale Policy:

All promotional drops, custom footwear, and limited-edition items are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before completing checkout.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective from the manufacturing facility, we will fully replace it at no additional cost to you.

You must contact us via email at info@millionspending.store within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the defect.

3. Refund Processing:

If a replacement is approved for a defective item, a manufacturing credit or refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
